COVID-19 Specific FAQs and Information

The CTRC will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, June 8, 2020. Your safety and the safety of our participants is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a safe environment. We've taken many steps to protect the health of participants and staff during an in-person visit, including:

  • Enhancing cleaning between patients, including more frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces
  • Changing the setup of our waiting room and other multi-user rooms to allow for physical distancing
  • When possible, eliminating time in the waiting room by taking participants directly to an exam room or other procedural area
  • Implementing a patient mask policy
  • Ensuring all our participants perform hand hygiene as soon as they enter our facilities
  • Assessing the wellness of each participant carefully before they enter our center
  • Providing staff with adequate personal protective equipment
  • Limiting visitors to reduce the risk of physical contact
