Growth doesn't happen by accident—it happens with a plan. In this session, you'll learn how to write a clear development goal using SMART as a guide, identify a direction for your growth that's meaningful to you, and connect it to real learning opportunities and on-the-job application. You'll leave with the start of your own professional development plan, ready to build on.
