TraCS K12 program accepting applications

The NC TraCS K12 Program is opening recruitment for 1 open position to start funding in spring 2025.

The TraCS K12 is a career development program that provides 75% salary coverage and research funds for individuals conducting research using principles of translational science. Applicants must be a faculty member by the time of appointment. For more information about eligibility and program details, visit tracs.unc.edu/services/education/ctsa-k12.

Anyone interested in applying should send a non-binding letter of intent to program administrator, Kate Matthews (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by January 2.

The letter of intent should include:

  • Name
  • School/Department
  • Proposed topic/research area
  • Name of your mentor(s)
