Call for TraCS CTSA K12 applications

The application cycle is now open for positions in the TraCS CTSA K12 Program beginning July 1, 2026.

The K12 is a career development program for early-stage researchers. Eligible participants are either postdocs who have secured faculty positions beginning in 2026 or current junior faculty. More information and the application are available at tracs.unc.edu/services/education/ctsa-k12.

Potential applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of the informational meetings to ask questions about the program and specific questions about eligibility.

Key dates

Informational meetings in-person (same content at each meeting):
September 15, 10-11 a.m. in room 219 Brinkhous Bullitt, OR
September 25, 2-3 p.m. in room 219 Brinkhous Bullitt.

Deadline for letters of intent: November 19 by 5 p.m.
Application deadline: December 19 by 5 p.m.
