TraCS-supported start-ups featured during Innovate Carolina Showcase

Devin Hubbard, PhD

Rahima Benhabbour, PhD, MSc

Log on to this year's Innovation Showcase April 14 from 4-6 p.m. to learn about ventures and research projects selected by Innovate Carolina from among the top innovations at the University and local community. Teams will present their companies, social ventures, and leading-edge research initiatives.

Participants will be able to choose from six different pitch rooms featuring 30 faculty researchers, student innovators, and local entrepreneurs presenting the work that sparked key innovation and entrepreneurial programs. Each room includes video pitches and live Q&A sessions.

For the teams, it's a chance to pitch to investors, make connections, and spark interest in their ideas. For those in the investment and entrepreneurial communities, it's an opportunity to learn about ideas with breakthrough potential.

Among those selected to present their work, are two TraCS-supported start-ups — Aerem Innovations and AnelleO.

They will present during the Pitch Room and Live Venture Q&A session at 5 p.m..
