Halladay named Chair of Research at UNC Health Sciences at MAHEC
Congratulations to our very own Jaqueline Halladay!
As Chair for Research, Halladay will lead in the development and implementation of research strategy and vision for UNC Health Sciences at MAHEC, developing teams of researchers that span Chapel Hill and Asheville while also engaging MAHEC’s many community partners.
Halladay is a Professor in the department of Family Medicine and a research fellow at the Cecil G Sheps Center for Health Services Research. She also serves as Co-Director of the North Carolina Network Consortium (NCNC), a statewide Practice Based Research Network. She will maintain her appointments in Family Medicine and the Sheps Center while strengthening the collaborative relationships with the campus in Asheville, spending three weeks per month at MAHEC and one in Chapel Hill.
