Become a member of the IACRN and improve your Clinical Research Nursing practice

Clinical Research Nursing has officially been recognized as a specialty practice. Since there are many Clinical Research Nurses here at UNC-Chapel Hill (and in the surrounding Triangle area), there has been some interest in starting a local chapter of the "The International Association of Clinical Research Nurses (IACRN)."

The IACRN is a professional nursing organization. Its purpose is to define, validate and advance clinical research nursing as a specialty practice and to support the professional development of registered nurses who directly or indirectly impact the care of clinical research participants across all clinical specialties.

By becoming a member of IACRN, you will be a part of the first organization founded to meet the professional needs of clinical research nurses. You will gain access to a wealth of benefits, such as networking and educational opportunities, to support you in your practice and profession.
