Over the past few months, throughout our community engagement events and one-on-one outreach activities, we've consistently heard your feedback about the need for a platform where communities, organizations, and members of the public can provide comments and feedback about the Precision Medicine Initiative® All of UsSM Research Program.

We've taken your comments to heart and today, we are launching an online form to gather your input into the development of All of Us. Your input will make this program stronger, so please share your ideas with us for how to make the effort a success.
