Poster and scientific session proposals now open for Translational Science 2025 conference

Translational Science 2025 (TS25): submit by Sept 23

At Translational Science 2025 (TS25), ACTS (Association for Clinical and Translational Science) is committed to exploring new horizons in translational research. Their goal is to create a scientific program that encourages diverse discussions, advances team science, and provides a premier platform to showcase your cutting-edge research.

Are you excited to share the latest breakthroughs in translational science at TS25? The call for poster and scientific session proposals is now open.

Attend the conference in Washington, DC from April 15-17, 2025, with pre-meeting activities beginning on April 14. Submit your proposals for sessions or posters to help drive the future of clinical and translational science.

Key Dates

Proposal Submission Opens: August 13, 2024
Proposal Submission Closes: September 23, 2024
Acceptance Notifications: November 2024

Proposals and Posters

Scientific Sessions: 60-minute concurrent scientific programming sessions organized as you wish and described in your session proposal.

SUBMIT SESSION proposal

Posters: Research-based posters eligible for a Top 50 poster presentation and published in JCTS.

SUBMIT Poster proposal

Criteria

If accepted for a poster submission and/or session, you must attend in person in Washington D.C. to present.

Designed to provide a focused and well-rounded experience, the Translational Science scientific program centers around a variety of topic areas. Proposals should center around these topics:

  • Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Research Design
  • Contemporary Research Challenges
  • Education, Career Development, and Workforce Development
  • Evaluation
  • Health Equity and Community Engagement
  • Informatics, AI, and Data Science
  • Precision Medicine/Health
  • Regulatory Science
  • Research Management, Operations, and Administration
  • Science Policy and Advocacy
  • Team Science
  • Other
