Accepting Proposals: 2021-22 SOM / NC TraCS Translational Team Science Awards

Proposals for the 2021-22 TTSA awards are now being accepted. The deadline for proposals September 15, 2021.

The 2021-22 SOM/ NC TraCS Translational Team Science Awards (TTSA) are aimed at capitalizing on the "culture of collaboration" at UNC-Chapel Hill to foster new synergistic interdisciplinary teams of basic science and clinical investigators.

One-page concept papers outlining the project and the new interdisciplinary team are due September 15, 2021. Selected teams will be invited to submit a Phase I Feasibility proposal. If awarded, TTSA Phase I Feasibility grants provide up to $50k over a 12-month period with the option to submit a competitive continuation proposal for a TTSA Phase II award (1 year/up to $75k).
