Trial Innovation Network COVID-19 Update

The Trial Innovation Centers (TICs) and Recruitment Innovation Center (RIC) remain operational during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Patients still need access to clinical trials and studies that may benefit them. Helping researchers plan these future trials is a Trial Innovation Network (TIN) priority. CTSA Institutions have implemented guidelines to protect research participants, research personnel, and the larger communities from risk of infection from COVID-19.

CTSA investigators may find helpful information on the CLIC Website and Discussion Forums here: CTSA Program and Response to COVID-19 Discussion Forum.

TIN offers investigators the opportunity to request consultations and resources for multicenter clinical trials and studies. These are designed to help investigators, for example, develop proposals into protocols, enhance study operations, or improve recruitment and retention. Some consultations developed into clinical protocols may be implemented in the Network and within the CTSA Program.
