COVID-19 vaccine self-reporting at UNC

Dear SOM Clinical Research Community,

Please see the below information disseminated today from Carolina Leadership:

While the University is not requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for students, faculty or staff, it is helpful to know the percentage of the community that is vaccinated. UNC Environment, Health and Safety has set up a website where employees can self-report when they are vaccinated. This is similar to the self-report site we have for the flu vaccinations. We encourage you to fill out the self-report form once you have been vaccinated. We are exploring options for a similar self-report site for students and will provide updates on that as soon as possible.
