Qualitative research is often used in community-engaged research as a way to bring stakeholder/participant experiences and community voices to light. As such, we are happy to share that the NC TraCS Community and Stakeholder Engagement (CaSE) Program now offers a variety of qualitative research services to study teams! Our staff offer training and consultative services to researchers wanting to enhance their understanding of qualitative research methods.

This includes providing guidance on qualitative best practices and approaches for specific projects, expertise in conducting qualitative research with Spanish-speaking populations, review of qualitative grant proposals, and review of qualitative data collection instruments. On a limited basis, we are also available to provide hands-on qualitative research support to studies. This service is offered in English and Spanish and is available at a charge.
