The series aims to increase the capacity of researchers, faculty, staff, community members, fellows, and graduate students to conduct community-engaged research. Each session includes a presentation and active learning component.
The series includes 4 sessions, two during the fall semester and two during the spring semester.
SPES is conducted in collaboration with the Carolina Center for Public Service, the UNC Center for Faculty Excellence, and the UNC Center for Health Promotion & Disease Prevention.
