In collaboration with community partners, researchers and health care providers, we contribute to all phases of health research projects from planning through dissemination.

TraCS $2K Stakeholder Engagement Voucher

We provide vouchers in the amount of $2,000 to assist clinical and translational researchers in implementing a proposed study of moving a research project forward by providing rapid access to funds that will support almost any aspect of promising and innovative research.

Regional Resources

CARES Community Engagement Specialists and Community Experts coordinate community stakeholder engagement initiatives that link researchers with health research partners in communities throughout North Carolina. By guiding the formation of study-specific stakeholder input groups and building statewide health research stakeholder networks, CARES strengthens and facilitates collaborations between diverse communities and UNC researchers to support patient centered outcomes research.

North Carolina Network Consortium

The North Carolina Network Consortium supports research in primary care settings. The consortium combines the resources of six practice-based research networks and over 615 providers in over 140 practices across the state.
