Mapping a Network Drive - Windows

1. From the Start menu, click Computer.

2. In the next window, click Map Network Drive.

3. In the Folder box, type the path to the server, ie.
\\ad.unc.edu\med\tracs\groups\research\CDWH\{PI_Last_Name}_{PI_First_Name}_IRB{#}

4. Click Connect Using Different Credentials, and then click Finish.

5. In the User name box, type your login name for the domain.Type in "AD\{ONYEN Username}".
In the Password box, type your ONYEN password for the domain, and then click OK.

Tip: In the future, when you want to connect to this server, the mapped drive should be available. On the Start menu, click Computer. In the next window, click the server.
