UNC Health ORSC Collaboration Survey

UNC Health’s Office of Research Support & Compliance (ORSC) recently put into a production a Collaboration Survey that they hope will help to better assist investigators with collaborative research projects in the network entities. The survey replaces the paper form process currently in IRBIS, but investigators can also use this survey to inquire about research collaborations prior to IRB submission. The survey is brief and will take only a moment to complete.

Once the survey is submitted, a notification will be generated to ORSC’s Collaborations email box to be assigned to a Project Manager. The assigned project manager will reach out to the investigator personally to gather additional information about the project (use of facilities, services, personnel, etc.). This new workflow will allow ORSC to assist through centralized processes, address the requirements of the specific entities involved and to more effectively facilitate collaborations.
