The TraCS Institute is opening a call for individuals to submit diversity or re-integration/re-entry supplements to the TraCS grant.

Supplements provide salary and research support for a period of 2 years to further research and training in translational science.

Interested applicants should visit ncats.nih.gov/training-education/translational-science-principles to learn about translational science and how to decide if your research fits.

By August 4, 2023, potential applicants should submit a 2-page concept paper and updated NIH biosketch describing the research question, fit with translational science, name of mentor(s), and the type of supplement (diversity, re-entry/re-integration).

Concept papers will be reviewed and 2 diversity and 2 re-entry/re-integration applicants will be selected to prepare a full application due to NIH by September 15.

For more details about the eligibility and the application and review process visit tracs.unc.edu/services/education/supplement-grants.
