Geoffrey M. Curran, PhD, is the Director of the Center for Implementation Research at UAMS, a joint entity between the Arkansas University Colleges of Pharmacy and Medicine. He has an extensive history in multiple fields of research related to health services, with ample experience for ACTS members to learn from.
In this webinar, Curran will reflect on the common but under-discussed issue of study failure. How do we get out of the ditch? What philosophies and strategies could we deploy to guide us back on the path where we want to be? How do we reduce the likelihood it happens again? Curran shares insights from a career of many partially-to-completely wrecked studies.
There is a $15 fee for non-members, reduced to $10 for early career investigators. ACTS members can attend this webinar for free. UNC-Chapel Hill has an institutional membership, so UNC faculty and staff can join ACTS at no cost.
