TraCS Tales of Translation features experienced scientists from academia and industry discussing the many twists and turns that are a part of research careers in the life sciences. Participating scientists will speak about their career decisions, pivot points, what translation means to them, and their advice for early stage researchers. This week's researcher is Nick Pashos, PhD.

Pashos is the founder and CEO of BioAesthetics. BioAesthetics is transforming lives through advancements in biomaterials. Its first product is NACgraft – an acellular tissue graft for regeneration of the nipple-areolar complex (NAC) for patients undergoing breast reconstruction following breast cancer and mastectomy.

There will be a Q&A session at the end.
